Industrial Pipefitting Specialist – Semiconductor Facilities

What you’ll tackle

• Install and repair industrial process piping per design specs and standards.
• Handle diverse materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and specialty alloys.
• Lay out routes from blueprints and technical specs; confirm tie-ins and elevations.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate components as required (TIG, MIG, stick).
• Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests to verify integrity and find leaks.
• Choose and install valves, fittings, flanges, and gaskets for service conditions.
• Mount supports, brackets, and hangers to protect against stress and vibration.
• Comply with ASME, ANSI, OSHA, and company safety practices at all times.
• Diagnose and correct leaks, corrosion, and flow issues; execute maintenance.
• Document materials, modifications, test results, and as-built updates.
• Operate pipe threaders, cutters, and benders safely and efficiently.
• Follow hazardous materials procedures and environmental guidelines.
• Mentor apprentices and junior pipefitters; share best practices.

What you bring

• Math fluency (algebra, geometry, trigonometry) for layout, takeoffs, and angles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Team-first mindset; proven collaboration across trades.
• Proficiency in: Plumbing, Pipefitting Skills, Conduit Pulling, Conduit Bending.
• Experience working from 2D drawings.
