Industrial PLC & Robot Programmer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• PLC (Omron, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley, Siemens) and HMI programming and troubleshooting

• Industrial robot (Fanuc, ABB) programming knowledge

• Setting up communication networks using different network protocols

• Install, alter, repair, maintain various electrical systems and related equipment

• Read and interpret electrical drawings/ schematics/ layouts and read pneumatic diagrams and tube fixtures accordingly

• Install brackets, clamps, and hangers to mount controls panel/junction boxes

• Ability to wire sensors, reed switches, and safety components into control panel. Experience wiring control panel from high voltage circuits to I/O modules

• Competent in drilling, tapping, and pulling wires through conduits

• Flexible schedule, and willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrician preferred

• College diploma or equivalent experience. Knowledge of electronics and automation

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Great attention to detail

• Ability to travel for service calls
