Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across various industrial and commercial sites. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of water systems, drainage, and related infrastructure, adhering to all safety standards and local building codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your technical skills and problem-solving abilities while contributing to the safety and functionality of large-scale facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, waste, vent, and process piping
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, specifications, and building codes
• Cut, thread, join, and install pipe and fittings in a variety of materials
• Install and service fixtures, valves, pumps, backflow preventers, water heaters, and related equipment
• Perform pressure tests and system inspections to confirm code compliance and proper operation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system problems and carry out repairs
• Work as part of a crew of 3 to 15 on large-scale projects
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Lead crews, mentor apprentices, and coordinate with other trades (lead positions)

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
• Industrial plumbing experience required
• Strong blueprint reading and code knowledge
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in varied conditions
• Required licenses or certifications per local and state regulations

Preferred

• Commercial and/or residential plumbing experience in addition to industrial
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Previous crew lead or foreman experience

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, typically 40 hours per week
• No on-call duty. Your nights and weekends are yours.
