What they need
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Analyze production rates and exceptions
- Assess production costs
- Conduct time observations to determine standard times for tasks
- Write SOPs and revise ISO documents
- Create and maintain ESOP, ROUTING
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess degree (Preferred in Mechatronics or a related field)
Relevant experience preferred
Skills:
- PLC & DCS Programming
- Good communications skills
Software/Systems:
- Office
- Pro/E (Optional)
- Oracle (Optional)
Must be comfortable with production floor environments (temperature, dust, noise, etc.)
May require travel depending on customer needs.
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) will be an added advantage to facilitate communicate on with Taiwan headquarters and customers
