Industrial Production Worker

Job Summary
We seek dedicated and skilled Production Laborers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in production environment. This role involves various tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our production processes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operates with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Adheres to company policies.
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Performs QA/QC testing
• BoL accuracy
• Praticipates in 5S
• Performs daily silo inventory checks.
• Monitors the screening of raw materials.
• Works with an awareness of deadlines to ensure goals are met within the specified time frame.
• Maintains accurate production records
• Complies with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Reports any safety hazards, or near misses to supervisors immediately.
• Wears PPE when required and reports work-related incidents as they occur.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communicaton skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the carbon or specialty materials industry is a plus.
• Certification in OSHA safety standards or related training is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and moving around the production floor.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 – 70.0 per week
