Industrial Project Manager - Manufacturing / Process

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Industrial Project Manager specializing in Manufacturing and Process industries to lead complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale manufacturing facilities, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing and process infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial controls utilizing construction estimating tools and cost management practices.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to review construction plans, specifications, and regulatory documents such as construction plans and contracts.
• Supervise project teams including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff; foster effective communication to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office to streamline documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
• Ensure construction schedule coordination across multiple trades while managing project risks and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and compliance records.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual obligations to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or manufacturing projects within the construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance relevant to manufacturing facilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while controlling costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Extensive construction site experience with a focus on industrial or commercial environments.
• Excellent project scheduling skills coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple teams across various phases of construction.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams in a construction management role; capable of motivating teams toward shared goals.
• Deep understanding of construction plans, specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements specific to manufacturing or process industries.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: $93,600.00 - $153,000.00 per year
