Salary: £60,000-£80,000 dependant on experience.

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge?

We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to join our growing team, delivering industrial refrigeration projects across a range of commercial and industrial sectors.

Ideally, you will have experience managing industrial refrigeration projects. However, we are equally interested in hearing from Project Managers with a mechanical engineering, building services, HVAC or similar technical background who are looking to apply their skills in a new and specialist industry.

If you have strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the drive to learn, we would be happy to support your transition into the industrial refrigeration sector.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from initial planning through to installation, commissioning, and handover. You will work closely with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial handover through to completion and commissioning.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, programmes and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Attend site meetings and oversee project progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with health and safety requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, variations, progress reports and handover requirements.
• Work alongside the engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management within industrial refrigeration, mechanical engineering, HVAC, building services or a related engineering sector.
• A good understanding of mechanical installations, engineering processes and site operations.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources and subcontractors.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• The confidence to manage multiple projects and work with a variety of stakeholders.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of projects.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in industrial refrigeration would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
