Industrial Relation Officer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Industrial Relations

3. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor and employment regulations.

4. Able to conduct investigations related to employee violations and industrial relations cases.

5. Able to prepare legal analysis, case reports, minutes of meetings, official letters, and employment-related documents.

6. Experience in drafting and reviewing Company Regulations, Internal Memos, Standar Procedures Industrial Relations, and company policies related to employment and industrial relations.

7. Experience in communicating and coordinating with the Ministry of Manpower, Manpower Office (Disnakertrans), and other relevant government institutions on employment and industrial relations matters.

8. Experience in handling administrative processes and coordination with the Industrial Relations Court (PHI), including its One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP).

9. Good understanding of employment regulations, industrial relations procedures, and the resolution of employment disputes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience managing bipartite institutions (LKS Bipartit).

2. Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven experience in conducting employee socialization and communicating company policies and employment-related matters to employees at all levels.

3. Willing to be assigned to project/site locations and work in a mining environment.
