Industrial Relations

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a conducive industrial relations climate between the Company and employees
• Develop, review, and implement employment policies in compliance with applicable labor regulations
• Handle industrial relations cases, including disputes, disciplinary actions, and termination process
• Represent the Company in negotiations (PKB, Bipartite, Tripartite forum)
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Oversee labor audits and ensure completeness of IR-related legal documentation
• Provide strategic advisory to management on labor-related risks and resolution
• Liaise with government institutions (e.g., Disnaker) on industrial relations matters
• Develop preventive strategies to minimize conflicts and strengthen employee relations
• Prepare and manage statutory labor reports (WLKP, LKS Bipartit, termination reports, etc.)

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proven experience in handling IR cases and labor union negotiations
• Strong analytical thinking in policy development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
