INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (IR)

About the role

This role involves handling company legal and industrial relations matters related to employment, including developing and maintaining employee and HR-related policies, ensuring compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and Regulations, and managing disciplinary actions and employee grievances.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Company Legal and Industrial Relations matters related to employment
• Develop, review, and maintain Employee Regulations / Company Regulations (PP) and HR-related policies
• Ensure company policies and employment practices comply with applicable Indonesian Labor Laws and Regulations
• Manage Disciplinary Actions, including warning letters (SP), employee violations, investigations, and related documentation
• Handle employee grievances, complaints, and industrial relations issues
• Manage and maintain employee disciplinary and industrial relations records
• Provide advice to management regarding employment legal matters and employee relations
• Support the company in handling industrial disputes and labor-related cases
• Coordinate with government institutions, legal counsel, or external parties when required
• Maintain good communication and relationships between management and employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or HR
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and Employment Regulations
• Good understanding of Company Regulations (PP), Employment Agreements, and Disciplinary Procedures
• Experienced in handling Disciplinary Actions, Warning Letters (SP), employee violations, and grievances
• Strong knowledge of employment-related legal and compliance matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical, documentation, and administrative skills
• Experience in a manufacturing / industrial company is preferred
