We are looking for an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing employee relations, labor compliance, and workplace governance across the organization.

Job Descriptions:

• Strong Industrial Relations professional with extensive experience handling employee misconduct, disciplinary actions, grievances, warning letters, and termination processes in compliance with labor regulations.
• Proven ability to lead complex employee relations cases, conduct domestic inquiries and investigations, while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions.
• Trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on labor law, performance management, disciplinary matters, and IR risk mitigation strategies.
• Experienced in representing organizations during mediation, conciliation, and labor dispute proceedings, with strong stakeholder management across internal and external parties.
• Skilled in conducting internal investigations related to employee misconduct, whistleblowing cases, ethics violations, and audit findings, driving objective and fact-based outcomes.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, compliance, and governance, with the ability to balance business objectives and employee relations while minimizing legal and reputational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Law
• 5 years experiences in managerial level
• Negotiation skill, case handling, and law drafting skills
• Possess strong networking with Police Department and Government.
