INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, including Constitutional Court decisions and judicial review outcomes.
• Provide legal and strategic recommendations on Peratuhan Perusahaan dan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB), including their development, review, and implementation.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary actions, employment termination processes, and employee/labor union engagement.
• Monitor and analyze labor-related data and reports from subsidiaries, identifying issues, discrepancies, and potential risks.
• Develop and support Industrial Relations programs, activities, and budgets, including PP/PKB communication and employee awareness initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree of Law or related major.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in related field.
• Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and to conduct site visits as required.
