Placement: Lamongan, East Java

PT. Shoetown Mustika Indonesia is currently seeking a proactive and professional individual to join our team as Industrial Relationship Staff. This role is responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations to maintain a harmonious working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations or related field

• Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java

  Job Description:

• Handle and manage industrial relations matters within the company

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations

• Maintain effective communication between management and employees

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution

• Support the implementation of company policies and collective labor agreements

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee relations issues

• Prepare reports and documentation related to industrial relations activities

• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
