Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Engineer to manage and grow our industrial client base across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B industrial sales, client relationship management, and preferably a background in welding electrodes, welding wires, or industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing industrial clients across Delhi/NCR.

• Handle client enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order follow-ups, and sales coordination.

• Drive repeat business and identify opportunities for account growth.

• Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

• Develop new industrial business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer support.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales.

• Experience in Welding Electrodes, Welding Wires, Industrial Equipment, or related manufacturing products preferred.

• Strong experience in handling industrial clients and dealer/customer networks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

• Strong knowledge of the Delhi/NCR industrial market.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
