Industrial Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries (AAC, Paper, Steel, Glass, etc.)
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective clients
• Conduct regular customer visits and create technical awareness regarding product applications
• Collect and analyze market intelligence including competitor pricing, customer needs, and demand trends
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Ensure timely payment collections within defined credit periods and maintain credit discipline
• Prepare and submit regular MIS reports on sales performance and market feedback
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer engagement events to enhance brand visibility

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Experience: industrial sales, preferably in AAC / Lime / Cement / Construction Materials / Minerals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in B2B / institutional sales and new client acquisition
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
