Requirement
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
Min 4 years related experience
Familiar with plant operation system
Good knowledge in 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA & lean manufacturing
Job Scope
Analyze & improve operational workflows with access to confidential productivity, cost, and manpower data
Analyze & propose production layout strategies that optimize resource utilization, minimize waste, and ensure efficient workflow
Conduct capacity planning and analysis to determine the ideal resource allocation, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining optimal efficiency levels
Perform time-study analysis to identify bottlenecks & develop strategies for process improvement and production optimization
Develop & maintain OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) calculations & analysis to evaluate & improve equipment performance availability & quality levels
Conduct takt time analysis & calculations to enhance production planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation & meeting customer demand
Lead layout design to meet & align to lean strategies & Best-in-Class approach
