Industrial Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Industrial Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment at customer locations in and around Akola.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and service industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown service calls.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Visit customer sites for technical support and service requirements.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and customer details.
• Coordinate with the sales team for spare parts and service requirements.
• Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in industrial servicing or maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel to customer locations in and around Akola.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
