Seeking experienced leather sewers. Candidate should be able to:

Use and take care of an industrial walking foot machine.

Remember how to make many different items day to day with the highest quality. Speed is less important than not making mistakes.

We are a 23 year old textile/leather goods company, and primarily make music instrument gig bags, golf bags, and purses.

This is NOT a seasonal job. Some of our sewers have been here for 15+ years.

We operate in East St. Paul, MN.

We are very flexible with hours and offer a very generous PTO for vacations and health and family leaves, well above the legal requirement.

I am willing to help relocate sewers from anywhere in the US who can demonstrate their specific fit to the first leather sewing job. If you've worked for 5-10-15 years in a leather goods factory making leather bags, purses, or shoes, yes, we should talk.
