Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee from the ICAI Chartered Accountancy course who is looking to complete their industrial training. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in finance/accounting/internal audit while contributing to meaningful projects in a corporate environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial statements preparation & Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in handing of Statutory Audits, Internal audits, Risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Assist in updating RACM, IFC audit for group entities.
• Support in variance analysis and MIS reporting
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal controls
• Coordinate with internal teams and statutory auditors as required
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory standards applicable to listed companies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Passed both groups of CA Intermediate under ICAI
• Eligible and registered as per ICAI norms for industrial training

Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS), taxation, and audit concepts
• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) will be added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Team player with high integrity and professionalism
