Industrial Trainee – Human Resources (HR)

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Trainee – Human Resources to join our HR & Admin team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR & Admin operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, resume screening and interview arrangements.
• Support new employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
• Assist with attendance, leave, overtime and payroll preparation.
• Support HR documentation, letters, notices and reports.
• Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other HR statutory documentation.
• Support employee engagement, training and company activities.
• Assist with general HR & Admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Fresh students with no working experience are welcome to apply.
