Industrial/Mechanical Estimator (REMOTE)

Compensation up to $170K plus bonus

Remote with some expense paid travel to Michigan as needed

Our client is looking for a Senior Industrial and Mechanical Estimator to work remote. Experience in industrial piping is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of customer needs
• Gather and analyze quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Research materials, equipment, and labor costs
• Understand and implement risk management strategies with each project
• Prepare and submit proposals to potential customers
• Daily use of estimating systems
• Develop bidding strategy based on scopes of work and project documents

Requirements:

• Estimation and project management preferred
• Experience with piping required
• Experience with estimation in industrial environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experienced in construction software
