Industry Relations Manager

The Texas Towing & Storage Association is looking for an Industry Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with businesses and professionals across the towing and storage industry.

This is a relationship-driven position. You'll spend a lot of your time talking with people, learning what's happening in the industry, connecting businesses with association resources, and finding ways for TTSA to strengthen its relationships throughout the industry.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with towing and storage companies, vendors, and other industry partners
• Stay in regular contact with industry professionals and association stakeholders
• Develop new relationships and help expand TTSA's industry network
• Serve as a point of contact for businesses interested in working with or becoming more involved with the association
• Identify partnership, sponsorship, and engagement opportunities
• Attend meetings, conferences, training programs, and industry events
• Gather feedback on issues and concerns affecting businesses in the industry
• Work with association leadership on outreach and industry initiatives
• Help connect companies with relevant TTSA programs, education, events, and resources
• Keep records of industry contacts, conversations, and follow-up activity

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in industry relations, partnerships, business development, association management, account management, community relations, or similar work preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable reaching out to business owners and industry professionals
• Organized and dependable with follow-up
• Able to represent the association professionally at meetings and events
• Comfortable managing multiple relationships and priorities
• Bachelor's degree preferred, although relevant professional experience will also be considered

Experience in towing, transportation, automotive services, or a related industry is helpful, but not required.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
