Nest Nursery is hiring a nurturing and dependable Infant Teacher (Assistant or Aide) to join our growing infant program. We are a boutique, Reggio-inspired infant school serving children ages 6 weeks to 16 months, with low ratios and a highly supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants
• Feed, diaper, and support infant routines
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom
• Build positive relationships with families
• Work collaboratively with your teaching team
• Follow Minnesota licensing requirements

Teaching Assistants or Aide will also:

• Support classroom planning
• Support and mentor assistant teachers
• Help maintain classroom organization and compliance

Qualifications

Assistant Teacher:

• Meets Minnesota licensing requirements for Assistant Teacher
• Infant experience preferred but not required

All applicants must:

• Be reliable and professional
• Have a passion for working with infants
• Be able to lift 30 lbs

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
