Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
• Engage children in play-based learning that encourages creativity, exploration, and growth.
• Help provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, transitions, and personal care needs.
• Encourage positive social interactions and model respectful behavior.
• Support classroom organization and help maintain a clean and engaging learning space.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members regarding children's daily experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Ability to create meaningful connections with children and families.
