Duties

• Provide attentive, loving care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development
• Monitor infants’ health and developmental milestones, communicating with parents or guardians regularly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment following health and safety regulations
• Assist with feeding routines, diapering, nap schedules, and other daily care needs with patience and professionalism
• Support positive behavior management strategies to foster a calm and respectful atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities that encourage curiosity and social interaction

Skills

• Proven experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies
• Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is highly valued
• Excellent classroom management skills combined with nurturing caregiving techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents, guardians, and team members about each child's progress
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies suitable for infants and young children
