Skills

  • Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs; familiarity with special education strategies is highly desirable.
  • Strong classroom management skills combined with effective conflict management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Ability to analyze student performance data quantitatively to inform instruction and support continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulations relevant to early childhood settings.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Background in teaching physical education or incorporating movement-based activities into daily routines is a plus.
  • Experience in private school settings or Montessori environments is advantageous but not required.
