From Roots to Wings E.C.D.C. is seeking an exceptional full-time Infant Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and truly loves caring for infants. We are looking for someone dependable, patient, nurturing, and committed to creating a safe and loving environment where babies can thrive.

• Is passionate about helping children learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care for infants throughout the day
• Follow all licensing regulations and health/safety procedures
• Maintain strict safe sleep standards
• Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
• Feed, diaper, soothe, and supervise infants with care and attention
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers
• Observe and communicate children’s needs and progress

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass background check requirements
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with children throughout the day
