Infant Teacher

Position Overview: This role blends hands-on care, developmental guidance, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones, and preparing them for future academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
• Support daily routines including meals, diapering/potty training, and rest time
• Collaborate with fellow staff and communicate with families
• Implement age-appropriate activities that support growth and learning
• Maintain compliance with licensing and center policies
• Prior experience in preschool settings, childcare, or private schools is highly valued, along with a strong background in early childhood education principles.

Duties

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage daily classroom activities, including behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions and emotional development.
• Foster a love of learning through engaging activities that promote literacy education, numeracy skills, and physical development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, curriculum development, and other relevant topics.
