Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences
• Follow all mandated reporting laws to document and report any concerns related to child safety or well-being
• Support classroom management by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and creating an inviting environment

Skills

• Proven experience working with infants or young children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care best practices
• Excellent child supervision skills with a focus on safety and nurturing interactions
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children in a warm and professional manner
• Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare
• Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is highly preferred

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
