Inflight Catering Operator (航膳服務專員)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and ensure all catering items and meals taken on board are accurate and in good condition prior to dispatch.
  -  Ensure the vehicles in good condition and drive  the Company vehicles for dispatch
  -  Handle highlift duties to ensure all carts are delivered to the aircrafts in a safety manner according to Company standards.
  - Load, unload and replace the necessary catering items and meals to and from the company and aircraft and perform the meal checking with cabin crew to ensure the accuracy of catering items and meals uplifted.
  - Safety work and procedures according to the company safety standard.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

WORKING HOURS

- Shift duties, 10 hours a day and 6 days a week.

• Overtime is required as operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Form 5 or above.
• With valid driving license No.1, 2 & 18.
  - Good command of Chinese and English
