Job Description

• Giám sát dịch vụ cung ứng suất ăn, vật tư vật phẩm phục vụ trên tàu bay của Vietjet đảm bảo phục vụ chuyến bay đạt tiêu chuẩn đặt ra, đáp ứng yêu cầu phục vụ khách hàng

• Tuân thủ qui định về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động tại nơi làm việc

• Thực hiện công việc theo đúng chức trách, nhiệm vụ được giao và đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến nâng cao chất lượng phục vụ

• Nắm vững tiêu chuẩn cung ứng suất ăn, vật phẩm trên tàu bay của Vietjet

• Thực hiện những công việc khác do cấp trên giao.

• Supervise the supply of meals and supplies on board Vietjet aircraft; ensure compliance with work standards and handling procedures, and meet customers’ requirements

• Comply with occupational hygiene and safety regulations in the workplace

• Perform the work in accordance with assigned duties and propose measures to improve service quality

• Understand and firmly grasp Vietjet's standards for providing meals and items on board

• Perform other tasks as assigned by upper level manager

Requirements

• Nam/ nữ; Tuổi từ 18-35 trở lên
• Chiều cao: Nam: từ 1m65 trở lên; Nữ: từ 1m58 trở lên

1. Học vấn:

• Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông trở lên.

2. Kinh nghiệm:

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại sân đỗ
• Tin học văn phòng: Word, Excel thành thạo

3. Ngoại ngữ:

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có tiếng anh giao tiếp

4. Yêu cầu khác:

• Cẩn thận, trung thực và trách nhiệm, tinh thần giúp đỡ trong công việc.

• Có sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn

• Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca và làm đêm

• Có tinh thần đồng đội và làm việc theo nhóm.

• Không có khuyết tật về hình thể; không liên quan đến ma túy.

• Male/female; Age from 18-35 and above

• Height: Male: from 1.65m and above; Female: from 1.58m and above

1. Education:

• High school graduate or higher

2.Experience:

• Priority given to candidates with experience working on the aircraft ramp
• Proficient in office computing: Word, Excel

3. Language:

• Strong preference for candidates with English communication skills

4. Other requirements:

• Careful, honest, responsible, and supportive in work
• Good health, able to work in high-pressure, hot, and noisy environments
• Willing to work shifts and night duties
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
• No physical disabilities; no involvement with drugs
