Influencer & Agency Partnerships Executive:

Location: Sector 54. Gurgaon | Work From Office

About the Role: Your main work will be to reach out to influencers/agencies, discuss collaboration opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and coordinate with them until the collaboration is completed.

What You Will Do:

• Find relevant influencers and content creators on Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Find and connect with influencer agencies and talent managers.
• Tell them about our products and discuss product showcase and collaboration opportunities.
• Discuss and negotiate collaboration charges, deliverables and timelines.
• Follow up with influencers and agencies regularly.
• Build good relationships with influencers and agencies for future collaborations.
• Coordinate with influencers after a collaboration is confirmed.
• Coordinate product delivery and make sure the agreed content is completed on time.
• Maintain a list of influencers, agencies, contact details, charges and collaboration status.
• Continuously build a network of influencers and agencies for our brands.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Outreach, Influencer Marketing, Influencer Partnerships, Brand Collaborations or similar work.
• Experience of directly contacting influencers or influencer agencies.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram and the influencer space.
• Ability to negotiate and close collaborations.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
• E-commerce/D2C experience will be a plus ( not mandatory )

Important:

This is mainly an Influencer Outreach & Partnerships role.

We are NOT looking for someone whose experience is only in managing Instagram pages, creating social media posts, making content calendars or handling social media accounts.

We need someone who can:

Find influencers → Reach out → Talk to them/agencies → Negotiate → Close collaboration → Coordinate until completion.

Candidates with hands-on experience in influencer outreach and brand collaborations will be preferred.
