ABOUT ALBAB MEDIA

ALBAB Media is a Dubai based creative and marketing agency founded in 2021. We deliver influencer marketing, content creation, media production and AI driven solutions for brands including Nestle, P&G, Nike, Audi, Gucci with Ounass, Majid Al Futtaim and Dettol, alongside a roster of regional influencers and talent.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Influencer and talent work sits at the centre of ALBAB. We run creator led campaigns for brands such as Gucci with Ounass, Nike, Audi and Dettol, and we work with talent from across the region.

This is a commercial role, but the product is people. You grow the talent side of the business: sign the right creators, put them in front of the right brands and agencies, and close the deals. You own the relationship on both sides, talent and client.

To be clear about what this role is not: it is not social media management, it is not content creation, and it is not general agency sales. You represent people and you sell their value to brands.

THE ENVIRONMENT

ALBAB Media is a startup. The team is small, the chain of command is short and priorities change with the work. You will own your area end to end, take the initiative without waiting to be asked, and get hands on with whatever the client or the project needs that day. If you want a fixed routine inside a large structure, this is not the right place. If you want to see how a business is built and help build it, it is.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Find, approach and sign influencers and talent across the UAE and the wider region
• Build real relationships with your roster, not just a contact list
• Pitch talent to brands and agencies, and match the right creator to each brief
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and timelines
• Run campaigns end to end: briefing, contracts, content approvals, posting schedules and payment follow up
• Keep the influencer database current, accurate and useful
• Track performance and deliver post campaign reporting to clients
• Spot emerging creators early, before their rates catch up with their reach
• Represent ALBAB with talent, agencies and brands

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, casting or agency account work
• An existing network of creators or brand contacts in the UAE
• You understand how the money works: rate cards, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, and what a deliverable is worth
• Comfortable negotiating, and comfortable saying no
• Fluent in platform metrics, and able to tell real engagement from bought engagement
• Organised enough to run several campaigns at once without dropping a deliverable
• Fluent English

Preferred

• Arabic
• Experience with celebrity or high profile talent bookings
