What they need
- Scout, evaluate, and build a structured creator database across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms — covering top-tier KOLs through mid-tier and micro KOCs — aligned with product launch calendars and content strategy.
- Proactively reach out to target creators, handle collaboration negotiations, and finalize key terms including content format, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
- Manage end-to-end collaboration execution: coordinate product sampling, align on scripts and content direction, track production progress, review final deliverables, and ensure all published content meets brand standards and deadlines.
- Maintain and continuously update a collaboration tracker with performance data (views, engagement rate, conversions, etc.) and deliver regular analytical reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the e-commerce team and product-line business units to align promotional needs with the right creator resources.
- Monitor local Thai social media trends, competitor influencer activity, and platform policy changes; propose actionable improvements to the influencer strategy.
