Influencer Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns based on brand objectives.

• Coordinate with influencers regarding content briefs, deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements.

• Negotiate commercials, collaborations, and deliverables with influencers.

• Track campaign performance, reach, engagement, and other key metrics.

• Prepare campaign reports and analyze influencer performance.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, creators, and influencer marketing strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.

• Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

• Maintain an updated database of influencers, creators, and campaign details.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Good understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
