Influencer Marketing Associate

Job Objectives:
To support the Digital and Brand Marketing teams in keeping online group communities engaged through monthly and quarterly programs including community content, promotions, and related initiatives. The role will also spearhead influencer and PR kit management for assigned brands.

Reponsibilities:

1. Community Management
   • Build and maintain an engaged, growing community for assigned brands.
   • Plan and execute monthly or quarterly community programs and promotions.
2. Content Marketing for Community Group
   • Produce the agreed number of relevant and engaging content pieces for community groups in coordination with the assigned JMA.
   • Ensure content performance meets average benchmark standards.
3. Influencer Management
   • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
   • Support influencer negotiations.
4. PR Kit Ideation
   • Conceptualize seasonal PR kit campaigns for assigned brands.
   • Oversee production as needed.
   • Handle PR kit packing and distribution
   • Manage cost analysis and budgeting
5. Admin tasks
   • Prepare and report analytics reports for community and influencer activities
   • Coordinate PR Kit send-outs
   • Process documentation (project synopsis, CAs, Liquidations, and etc)

Qualifications

1. Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience with influencer marketing.
2. A graduate of 4 year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or any related courses.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant internship experience.
4. Amenable to work in Quezon City onsite.
