Influencer Marketing

THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and execution-focused Influencer & Activation Executive to manage and execute influencer collaborations, society marketing, events, brand activations, partnerships, and community initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a hands-on approach to marketing. You should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and activities — from planning and coordination to on-ground execution and performance tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, content partners, and communities.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, deliverables, and campaign execution.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
• Identify relevant housing societies, communities, events, exhibitions, and activation opportunities.
• Plan and execute society marketing and community-based activations.
• Coordinate and execute events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and brand activations.
• Identify, develop, and manage relevant brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, vendors, societies, event agencies, and internal teams.
• Support offline and on-ground marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Track campaign execution, leads, reach, engagement, conversions, and overall performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing and activation opportunities.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and effective execution of multiple marketing initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned campaigns and ensure all activities are completed within timelines and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Events, Activations, Partnerships, Brand Marketing, or a similar role.
• Prior experience managing influencers, events, activations, partnerships, or community marketing initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Creative, proactive, and highly execution-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on on-ground events and activations when required.
• Experience in consumer electronics, water purifiers/home appliances, D2C brands, marketing agencies, or event/activation agencies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
