Infor Software Technical Support

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Infor software applications
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Infor systems
• Assist users with system-related concerns and technical issues
• Assist the Sales Team during product presentations and client meetings
• Explain software features, functions, and technical capabilities to customers
• Prepare and present technical solutions based on customers' requirements
• Support sales activities by providing product information and technical experties
• Coordinate with software vendors and IT personnel on technical matters
• Perform system testing, updates, and basic system improvements
• Assist in system implementation and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems promptly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Infor software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting
• Willing to travel for client presentations or product demonstrations when required
