• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the development and optimization of migration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align migration activities with business requirements and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Administration.
• Experience in managing data migration workflows and troubleshooting related issues.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.
• Ability to design and validate migration scripts to ensure data integrity.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data migration processes.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data challenges.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica Administration.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
