Informatica MDM Technical Lead / Architect

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Technical Lead / Architect for a large-scale statewide healthcare and Human Services data initiative. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep Informatica MDM and PowerCenter experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise MDM solutions. This is not a purely Data Governance or MDM Strategy position.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of MDM, ETL, data integration, or enterprise data platform experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Informatica PowerCenter experience
• Strong experience with mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and ETL transformations
• Strong SQL experience with large enterprise databases
• Experience with data matching, standardization, reconciliation, and data quality
• Hands-on ETL/MDM production support and troubleshooting
• Performance tuning and job monitoring
• Python programming for scripting, automation, testing, or data processing
• Experience providing technical leadership to MDM/ETL developers and specialists
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience

Preferred

• Healthcare, Medicaid, claims, eligibility, provider, member, or Health & Human Services data experience
• State Government or public-sector experience
• Teradata
• Azure, ADF, Databricks, Snowflake, or Data Lake exposure
• MDM/ETL or on-prem-to-cloud modernization
• X12, EDI, XML, JSON, APIs, or HL7/FHIR
• Agile/Scrum experience

Work Arrangement

• 100% remote within the continental U.S.
• Central U.S., Illinois, or Midwest candidates preferred
• Occasional travel may be required
