At HCLTech, we are seeking an experienced Informatica PowerCenter Technical Lead with a strong hands-on development background and proven expertise in delivering enterprise-scale data integration solutions.

About the Role

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and leading data integration initiatives while providing technical leadership to project teams. This position is ideal for a senior professional who enjoys being hands-on while driving technical excellence and solution delivery.

Key Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall experience in IT, Data Integration, or ETL Development
• Minimum 6+ years of recent hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• Proven experience in Solution Design and Technical Design across multiple projects
• Strong ETL development and data integration expertise
• Ability to lead technical delivery and provide guidance to development teams
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data integration and ETL solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and solution architecture activities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Support project delivery across development, testing, and deployment phases
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
