PACC Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Information Processing Specialist to join our remote team. This role is vital in ensuring that data and information flow smoothly and accurately across our operations, supporting informed decision-making and efficient business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and input data into company databases and information systems.
• Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Generate regular reports and summaries to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance information processing workflows and tools.
• Provide support for audits and compliance checks related to data management.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, information processing, or administrative support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
