Information Security Architect

Our client is seeking a Security Architect in Boston, MA. This is a 18-24+month contract with a hybrid workstyle.

Client is replacing its heavily customized, on-premises HR and Payroll system, which supports more than 95,000 employees, with a SaaS cloud-based ERP solution. As Security Architect, you would shape how that system is secured from design through go-live and into operations.

• Partner with state IT security to connect the new platform to the state's single sign-on, identity and access management and multi-factor authentication, and recommend how to secure users who can't use the standard solution.
• Recommend end-user security roles, groups and data access controls, along with provisioning and de-provisioning procedures, and drive end-to-end testing of go-live security and day-one user provisioning.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related field, or equivalent experience in audit compliance and security risk and compliance management
• 9+ years of IT design and implementation experience, with deep knowledge in at least two of: infrastructure and network design, application development, APIs, middleware, servers and storage, database management, data security, and system administration and operations
• 5+ years of security architecture design and implementation, with security certifications such as CompTIA Security+
