Information Security Awareness Manager

If you specialize in managing and overseeing phishing and security awareness campaigns and cyber awareness training, this role could be for you! Our top client is searching for an Information Security Awareness Manager to join their team. You will create security awareness programs for the corporation, manage a small team of analysts, interface with the C-Suite, and ultimately reduce risk for the entire organization. Ideal candidates have managed security awareness programs, managed direct reports, and are good with data analysis and data manipulation (this is not an Analyst position). This is a hybrid position with 0-3 days onsite in St. Louis, MO - only local candidates will be considered for this position. (relocation will not be considered)

Required :

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
• Experience managing a Security Awareness Program
• 6+ years of related experience
• Experience managing one or more teams in complex business environment
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong experience analyzing data, thinking critically, and making recommendations for solving problems and/or making business decisions based on findings
• Experience with vendor/third party management and negotiation
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
• Technology Security certifications (SSAP, CSAP, etc.) are a plus
• Experience working with a creative agency a plus
