Information Security Engineer Sr

For our client, we are seeking a Information Security Engineer Sr to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This senior role will help safeguard critical technology and information systems across a complex healthcare environment. You will lead cyber resilience efforts, strengthen defenses against unauthorized access, and help shape practical security responses that support safe, reliable operations. The position partners closely with technical teams to assess threats, recommend best practices, and maintain compliance with applicable security regulations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,336 – $159,286 annually

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of various technology and information systems
• Oversee cyber resilience strategies
• Implement countermeasures against unauthorized access
• Research emerging security trends and recommend best practices
• Assess security threats and formulate incident response strategies
• Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent experience
• Minimum six years of IT or information security experience
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry
