Job Title: ISO 27001/ ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer

Location: Greater Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ISO 27001 /ISO 22301 and other certifications Lead Auditor/Implementer to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security management systems (ISMS) and a proven track record of successfully leading audits and implementations of ISO 27001/ISo 22301 standards. This role is critical in ensuring our organization meets compliance requirements and maintains the highest standards of information security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct ISO 27001/ISO 22301 and other audits  audits, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess information security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO 27001 standards and best practices.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of the ISMS and recommend enhancements as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in ISO 27001 standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience as a CERT-ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
• Proven experience in conducting ISO 27001 audits and implementing ISMS.
• Excellent understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with other information security standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22301).
• Certifications in related fields (e.g., LA 27001, CISA) are a plus.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in information security management and ISO 27001/ ISO 22301
• Certification as a Lead Auditor/Implementer for ISO 27001 is mandatory.
