Information Security Manager

Growing technology company is seeking an Enterprise Security Manager to lead a team of security engineers and own the direction of its internal security program. You will set strategy, guide execution, and stay close to the technical work while developing the people on your team. The role covers a broad range of enterprise security areas, from access and identity to threat prevention and compliance, with a focus on modern security architecture and automation. You will partner across engineering and the business to make security part of how the company builds and operates.

What you need:

• Extensive experience in enterprise or corporate security
• Prior experience leading or managing security engineers
• Background in modern security architecture and access control principles
• Experience with endpoint, email, and data protection solutions
• Familiarity with identity and access management platforms
• Experience supporting security compliance and audit efforts
• Incident response experience, including some level of automation
• Scripting ability to automate security processes
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with leadership and cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Infrastructure as Code experience
• Public cloud security experience
• Exposure to containerized environments
• Relevant security certifications
