As an Information Security Program Lead, you'll shape how those priorities become measurable capability. Direct strategic security programs, govern investment and dependencies, strengthen cross-functional accountability, and translate complex risks into clear executive and board-level decisions. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in portfolio, program, or project management
• Proven expertise in risk and issue management
• Strong capability in governance, reporting, stakeholder management, budgeting, planning, and prioritization
• Working knowledge of information security, privacy, and risk management principles
• Background in cybersecurity, technology, or risk functions is preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or comparable security frameworks is preferred
• Strong executive and board-level communication skills
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or security capability uplift initiatives
• Experience in vendor and third-party management; change management experience or qualifications are advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus hands-on experience with Teams and SharePoint
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Uppwise, or similar portfolio/project management tools
• Familiarity with Power BI, OneTrust, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Visio, or Lucidchart is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the NIS Strategy 2030 roadmap in line with agreed priorities and investment parameters.
• Ensure security initiatives support business objectives, regulatory obligations, and risk reduction priorities.
• Provide executive and board-level stakeholders with clear reporting on program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Ensure security investments generate measurable business value and improvements in security maturity.
• Proactively identify, assess, and address program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Build cross-functional ownership and accountability for security initiatives across the organization.
• Deliver security capability enhancements through a structured, sustainable, and auditable approach.
• Lead program and portfolio management to support the effective delivery of strategic security initiatives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align priorities and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Convert strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, deliverables, and business results.
• Maintain effective governance, planning, and reporting across the security portfolio.
• Apply information security and risk management principles to guide program decisions and support sustainable outcomes.
