Role Summary:

Position Summary

The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise content management and information architecture solutions. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on technical expert, this role partners closely with Program Managers, customers, and project teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, define business processes, architect scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery. The role provides technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through implementation and deployment, while driving best practices in structured content, content management, digital publishing, and information architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Content Management, Information Architecture, and Enterprise Solution Delivery.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation projects.
• Extensive experience in customer-facing consulting and solution architecture roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and stakeholder groups.

• Windchill Service Information Manager (SIM)
• Arbortext Editor / Styler
• Arbortext Content Delivery (ACD)
• XML Technologies
• DITA XML Expertise
• Content Migration Tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise publishing and digital delivery solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or service documentation environments.
• Understanding of digital thread, product lifecycle management (PLM), and service lifecycle management concepts.
• Experience with large-scale content migration and modernization programs.
• Experience leading globally distributed implementation teams.
