Information System Operations Specialist

About the role

This role involves daily inspection of overseas business systems, monitoring alerts, and performing basic operations such as version and permission management. You will collect logs and report abnormalities to the domestic team, cooperate in handling faults, and coordinate across time zones to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of overseas business systems, monitor alerts, and manage versions and permissions
• Collect logs, reproduce phenomena, and report abnormalities to the domestic team; cooperate in fault handling
• Connect with local overseas teams and partners to complete backend configuration, data verification, and problem resolution
• Undertake cross-time zone connections and receive business emergencies during non-domestic working hours
• Prepare shift handover records and synchronize work progress, pending tasks, and risks between regions
• Verify information after online events, follow up on handling progress, and complete reviews according to templates
• Execute existing emergency plans and procedures
• Maintain operation documents, handover norms, and business FAQs
• Cooperate with local projects and coordinate with overseas third-party service providers

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 1 years or more of experience in system operation and server management
• Familiar with daily operation of Linux/Windows servers
• Proficient in basic command operations, system monitoring, and log troubleshooting
• Understand basic usage of cloud servers (AWS/Alibaba Cloud/Huawei Cloud, etc.)
• Basic database operation knowledge
• Basic network knowledge
• Capable of independently handling common system and business faults
